Swami Vivekananda represented India and Hinduism at the Parliament of the World’s Religions (1893). Swami Vivekananda in 1893 left everyone spellbound with his speech at the Parliament of Religions, Chicago. In his honour, the Chicago government named a street after him and called it the Swami Vivekananda Way.
