This is part of a linear starting program, 3 sets of 5, adding weight 5 pounds every 48 hours, great job. Looks like she will be able to go straight up for quite some time before a miss. Samantha is training under supervision of foreign trainer and the trainer himself released this video footage on Youtube.

Currently, Samantha is starring in Son of Satyanarayana opposite Allu Arjun under Trivikram direction.
